John is the co-founder and Chairman of Olli Brands Inc., a cannabis edibles company operating in Canada under the Canadian Cannabis Act.
Daniel is an accomplished senior executive with over 20+ years of experience creating value and fostering Innovation in growing organizations. Previously Danial was Chief Operating Officer for Emblem Corp., one of Canada’s early licensed producers. Under his tenure Emblem saw significant improvements across production, cultivation, and its supply chain. Prior to joining Emblem, Daniel was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Northern FN Health Care Services Limited, a leading innovative pharmacy in Northern Ontario.
David is an engineer and MBA with 35 years of experience in business leadership, product development and international expansion. David was a General Manager for Mettrum and then Canopy, directly running an industrial cannabis operation, including extraction operations. David has focused on cannabis operational excellence and providing engineering guidance and due diligence analysis for new facilities and proposed acquisitions to existing Licensed Producers. David spent the first 30 years of his career in the auto parts business, and was the CEO of Wescast Industries Inc., as well as the President of Woodbridge Foam Corporation. David has directly built and started up more than 20 manufacturing facilities in Canada, US, Mexico, Japan, Germany, and Brazil.

An executive in the Cannabis industry for close to 10 years, Grant has held leadership positions with Canopy Growth and was EVP, Sales and Marketing at Mettrum Health Corp. Prior to the cannabis industry, Grant had a 20-year career in the pharmaceutical industry where he held various roles in marketing, business development, sales and sale management.
Emily has considerable experience growing at scale in the regulated cannabis industry through her employment with Bedrocan Canada (Head Grower) and at Mettrum Health Corp, where she was involved with cultivation as well as design and facility development. Emily has a master’s degree in Plant Breeding and Genetics from the University of Guelph.
Sara has a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Porto and a Master in Pharmaceutical Industry at CESIF – Lisbon. She performed an internship at the Portuguese Health Authority (INFARMED, I.P.) and worked at BIAL – Portela & Ca, S.A. in the Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance Departments. Sara is a Certified Trainer by RFA Academy and is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Internal Auditor by APCER.
Eli spent the last 4 years at Canopy Growth, working at the company's largest and most successful sites. Starting in 2019, Eli took over as Master Planner for cultivation where he created and managed production schedules for all Canopy sites and acted as an Operations SME for the Supply Chain and Leadership teams. Prior to that, he spent 2 years working as an Ops Analyst for Canopy's Western Canada sites, including Tweed Farms and BC Tweed, where he assisted in bringing over 3 million sqft of Greenhouse production online. Eli spent another 2 years working in Regulatory Affairs at Mettrum Ltd, assisting in Health Canada licensing, inspections, and creating inventory systems up to ICFR controls.
Ricardo has a degree in Criminology and a postgraduate degree in security management, having experience in Security Management for over 10 years. He has been a security director in private security companies since 2013 and providing consultancy in corporate security since 2015. Ricardo has also been a trainer in the Security Director course at Universidade Fernando Pessoa since 2014.
Reed serves as the Director of Finance & Strategy at Hoshi, since joining the team in August of 2019. In this position, Reed manages corporate finance, financial planning, and market analysis for Hoshi, along with playing a key role in the execution of various strategic initiatives within the company. Previously holding roles at a large Canadian bank, hedge fund, and healthcare organization, Reed brings a diverse skill set to the Hoshi team. Reed holds a BComm from Dalhousie University, majoring in finance and minoring in economics.
Prior to Hoshi, Harrison served as the Head of Business Development for Fire & Flower Inc (F&F), a leading North American cannabis retailer. Prior to joining F&F, Harrison worked as a research associate for MacNicol & Associates, a Toronto based asset management firm. Harrison currently sits on the board of a local Ontario base charitable foundation, and he is also an industry advisor to Ryerson University’s ‘The Business of Cannabis’ class, as well as mentor to Leaf Forward, Canada’s first and leading cannabis business accelerator.
Former founder and CEO or Mettrum Health Corp, the second company in Canada licensed to produce and sell medical cannabis, until it was acquired in 2017 by Canopy Growth Corp. Prior to Mettrum, Michael was a successful digital media entrepreneur. He has extensive capital markets experience and has been directly involved in four public company listings.
Harvey is the Executive Chairman of Fire and Flower Holdings Corp., and formerly the Founder and Executive Chairman of Emblem Cannabis Corp., which was sold to Aleafia Health for $172 m. Prior to the cannabis industry, Harvey was the Founder and CEO of Dynacare.
Luis is Chairman and CEO of Flora Corporation, and he is formerly the VP of strategy and operations for Macy’s Inc. Luis has a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and an MBA from McNeese State University as well as a Certificate in Marketing Management from Harvard.
Trevor is the CEO of Fire & Flower, a TSX listed leading Canadian Cannabis retailer. Trevor was formerly the Co-Founder & Director of Mettrum Health Corp prior to its sale to Canopy Growth Corp.
Matthew is the current President of Hifyre, an innovator in cannabis technology and a wholly owned subsidiary of Fire & Flower. His cannabis industry experience spans close to 10 years, where he has strategized and developed technology for some of the industry’s top companies.
